We begin our client relationship by listening to your story. Intensely listening. We need to truly understand your goals, needs and personal motivation. Buying or selling a home involves a whole range of emotions centered around individual situations, finances, timing, and life events. After we listen, we use our expertise to create a personalized custom plan and strategy. We are empathetic in our approach for your purchase and/or sale.
For our Seller clients, we provide a tailored customized plan. This plan involves preparation for sale, strategic pricing, understanding of the make-up of the buyer and specialized marketing. We are well versed in preparing your home for sale. Our concept of “staging” a home is quite different from that of most realtors. For example, we utilize or minimize your existing furnishings, bring in accessories if needed, and we keep costs low. You may choose to have us oversee and/or participate in the entire preparation for sale.
For our Buyer clients, our personal approach greatly impacts the process as well. Our tireless search includes contacting homeowners in your preferred neighborhoods, networking with other top brokers about your specific home search and reaching out to other real estate offices to discuss any new listings that are coming on market. Once you have found “the right” home, we offer guidance and negotiating skills that, coupled with our reputation in the brokerage community, are important factors for a successful purchase. Once you have a signed offer, we coordinate the approximately 12 people in involved in this purchase. (Sellers, Buyers, Brokers, Home Inspector, Mortgage Broker, Appraiser). We have a premier list of the above, along with renovation and repair contractors, if needed.
Our personal, transparent, honest, empathetic approach, coupled with our extensive skill and knowledge of all aspects of the real estate transaction, has been the framework for our clients’ successful real estate experiences.
Giving back is the mission of Daniels & O’Keefe. We participate in significant volunteer work in our community and schools. In addition, Daniels and O’Keefe donates a portion of its commission to the charity of your choice, as well as charities that support securing housing for the homeless and stability for the impoverished and immigrant population.
